In addition, the underwriters were granted a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 120,000 shares to cover over-allotments, if any. All of the shares in the offering are being sold by Atossa. Atossa's common stock will commence trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the trading symbol "ATOS" on November 8, 2012.
