(NASDAQ: ATOS) (the "Company") announced today the pricing of its firm commitment, underwritten initial public offering of 800,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $5.00 per share. In addition, the underwriters were granted a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 120,000 shares to cover over-allotments, if any. All of the shares in the offering are being sold by Atossa. Atossa's common stock will commence trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the trading symbol "ATOS" on November 8, 2012.
